2. Account Registration

Users must register with a valid email address and maintain accurate profile information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Hosting and Bookings

Hosts may list pet-friendly spaces and define availability, accepted pet types, size limits, and services offered. Pet owners may request bookings based on host criteria. All bookings are subject to host approval and platform policies.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Hosts set their own rates and may include additional fees for services. PawnFind.com may charge a service fee per transaction. All financial activity is subject to the terms of Stripe and PayPal.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are defined by each host and must be clearly stated in the listing. Refunds are issued according to the host’s policy and payment provider terms. Disputes must be reported promptly for resolution.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to treat pets, hosts, and property with respect. Misuse of the platform, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Liability and Risk

PawnFind.com is a facilitator and does not directly supervise pet care. Hosts and pet owners assume full responsibility for their interactions and agreements. We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from bookings or pet behavior.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on PawnFind.com, including text, images, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
