We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both pet owners and hosts, our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, consistent, and respectful of everyone’s time and resources.
Standard Cancellation Terms:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24–48 hours before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or after the stay has begun.
  Exceptions:
• In cases of verified medical emergencies (pet or owner), documentation may be submitted for review.
• Hosts may offer more flexible terms at their discretion, which will be clearly stated in the listing.
  How to Cancel:
• Cancellations must be made through your account dashboard.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
